NOT A DIET BOOK
I was nervous reviewing this book, James is a friend of mine and now having read well up into the hundreds of books I've become quite the book snob, so if this wasn't up to my standard I would have to be honest with my viewers and tell them it's pure shite. Luckily for me it was a fantastic well written book.
‘Sinead how can i tone up? How can I lose weight ?’
I would be hounded with messages asking about weight loss and as I gathered the majority of my knowledge from all different platforms such as e-books, youtube, online courses It was hard to steer people in the right direction.
Search no more, here it is. The only book you need to get the appropriate information to lose weight. It's easily read with a taste of James humour to keep you entertained throughout. The best thing about this book is that it doesn't just give you the facts and research about weight loss, he also blesses you with all the tools and habits to achieve the body you want and keep it. It's all well and good getting the facts but if you don't know how to implement it then you're pretty screwed. He emphasises the importance of healthy habits and also teaches you the importance of setting goals and setting your ego aside to chase them.
Proud of James for releasing this book, I feel like it will change many lives by changing the way people view their bodies.
