My Meditation Journey From Student To    Teacher

I began meditating around three years ago. I was dealing with anxiety, lack of sleep, heart palpitations and negative self-talk. Every book I had read mentioned meditation. I knew what I needed to do. Since developing a regular practice, my life drastically changed for the good. I Had improved sleep quality, less negative self-talk, the heart palpitations stopped and my mental health improved.

When the pandemic hit, I decided to get my meditation practitioner certificate to teach meditation. I felt we needed to connect inner at this time.

Since becoming a Teacher, I have tried and tested the meditations I have written in women's circles all over Ireland and even in Bali.

 

The feedback from my women's circle has been so amazing, I thought I Would make a course to help guide you on your meditation journey.

I have found that guided meditations seem to be the best technique for first-time meditators. It keeps things interesting, fun and visual with all the benefits of slowing down and relaxing.

All I truly want from being a teacher is for you to feel the inner peace that I feel from meditating. I truly stopped searching for external validation and found my sense of self within my meditation practice and I hope you can find this too.

It will take time but trust me it is worth it.
